Several choices: The most effective treatment for nasal allergies is nasal steroid sprays such as qnasl, flonase, veramyst, rhinocort, nasonex, (mometasone) etc. They will not interact or interfere with concerta. Also, newer generation antihistamines (claritin, allegra, zyrtec, clarinex, xyzal) can also be taken but avoid those that have "d" decongestant in them. If symptoms are still not improved, an allergist can help.
