See your dentist: Hi Megan you really should see a doctor or your dentist as infections in the mouth can make you become quite unwell. You need to see someone urgently if you have a fever.

Not really: you must see a dentist to prevent this infection from spreading through your entire face and glands. I suggest Aleve (naproxen) ( if not allergic to this) and local ice. Antibiotics are not available OTC. See your dentist ASAP!

Antibiotics: The antibiotics should be prescribed by the oral surgeon who is going to extract that tooth. Please call for an appointment.
