See a GI doctor ASAP: As I am sure you know, crohn's disease is a pretty tricky disease to predict and treat. Your management needs to be coordinated by a gastroenterologist who can guide your therapy and perform cancer surveillance. It is not advisable to change your medication doses without physician evaluation.
