Yes: Crohns disease is an autoimmune disease that can be progressive in inflammation anywhere in the intestinal tract from mouth to anus, with skip areas. Early in the disease process when antibodies are made to your gastrointestinal tract, you might not have any symptoms.

Yes but atypical: Like a lot of diseases there could be a long time between the disease starting symptoms. Crohn's disease usually shows up with symptoms in the late teens early 20's.

Absolutely: Yes! Crohn's disease is an insidious disease and can take a long time to cause symptoms. But, if your GI finds Crohn's disease in your bowel you should start treatment.

Yes: Yes. It is common to have Crohn's and be asymptomatic. This includes patient's who have yet to be diagnosed and patient's who are in remission. If you are concerned about your risk, discuss with your GI.
