R/o uterine neoplasi: If you have had bleeding for 2 weeks ,have suspicious findinfs on us it would be best to establish what is actually going on> Labs such as fsh lh,progesterone,estradiol should all be checked but the gold standard would be a D&C to rule out any immediate and possibly dangerous pathology
