RLQ pain/stool chang: Would follow up with gastroenterologist. May be irritable bowel or food intolerence( gluten, soy, other) or Crohns disease or ilietis either infectious or inflammatory . Since it is months doubt appendicitis. But follow up with GI to do studies like colonoscopy, CT abdomen pelvis( rarely could be ovary issues) small bowel follow through, B12 level for malabsoprtion,celiac studies, ESR, CRP.
