I just got bitten by a tiny black bug with wings. about the size of an exclamation mark. should i be worried? what is it? hurt like a fire ant bite.

The following are: ...reasons for concern: 1. If you get a rash over other parts of your body. 2. If you get swelling of your face, lips or throat. 3. If you have trouble breathing. 4. If the bite area turns into an open wound or increases significantly in size. Meanwhile, apply ice to the area for 15 minutes every 2 hours as needed, Take OTC pain meds as needed & an OTC antihistamine if it itches. Dr. Anne
