My blood monocytes higher by .01 from normal range of 0.00-7.00 count & all other normal. my sister has aml leukemia subtype 2.should i be bothered?

Not to worry: Monocytes are not all that important of the cells in our blood. Minor fluctuations in the differential counts are common and do not indicate any medical problems. As long as your main CBC is normal, the rest can be watched without any worries.
