Reasons why your ovaries and lower back would hurt?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Ovulation: Just before your menstrual cycle starts, you may get a variety of pre-menstrual symptoms (PMS), including low back/pelvic pain, which can extend to the thighs. You may feel nauseated or dizzy. You will feel cramping deep in your pelvis. You may retain water and feel bloated, you may get constipated for a few days. A heating pad on the back or belly can help. Ibuprofen often helps. Good luck!
