I've been having really bad pains in my ovaries for a very long time now. i've been checked several times. no cyst. and then got unspecified reason. ?

Need further work up: If you have continued lower abdominal pain a thorough pelvic exam with cultures (if needed) is the first step along with a very detailed history of your pains. Ultrasound is a good first imaging, but a CT Scan of your abdomen might also be necessary. If the pains continue and this testing doesn't reveal a source you should be seen by a gynecologist who will decide on further workup/treatment.
