Possibly ovulation: Plan b is 60-90% effective depending on how quickly it was taken. It does, however, tend to throw off the next menstrual cycle. So it is likely you are experiencing ovulatory pain at this time, in which case you could anticipate a period in a out two weeks. Keep close watch, if any severe pelvic pain or heavy bleeding seek medical care immediately.
