Yes, probably: There should be no problem, especially since you'll be seated at work; but you'll need to be awake & alert. Let your dentist know what your work responsibilities are, & allow more time to be sure there is no prolonged bleeding, or faintness/lightheadedness or pain issues. You should be ok after that.
