Comments: When you describe your symptoms, I think of Sjogren's. Although you have had the correct studies, might consider some additional testing. A rheumatologist can guide you. Good luck.

Dry mouth etc, pain, bad muscle weakness, referred to rheum w strg pos ana, r.F and hi pos ssa. Rheum said prob fibro. Redid labs. Same results. Should i question if sjogrens or both isn't considered?
My lab testing for primary Sjogrens (SSA, SSB) came back as NOT APPLICABLE. Is this the same as negative? The ANA test said negative. I'm confused
