Hmmmm...: Various thoughts about this. Discoloration in your panties suggests a vaginal discharge. Without additional symptoms of itching/irritation, can be entirely normal. Yellowish discoloration under breasts would probably be simple combination or perspiration and slightly dirtier skin, i.e. harder to wash and keep clean. I would step up hygiene in these spots and not worry if no additional symptoms.
