I noticed a smal hard lump in my solar plexus a while ago, today i felt like i had indigestion and noticed that it is bigger. could it b cancer?

Hard to tell like th: It is difficult to know where your lump is. You should get yourself examined either by a family member(to confirm that there is a lump present, for sure) or better go see a doctor for a medical check up . It is only with physical examination done by a doctor that we can check you for this problem. CT scan of the abdomen is a good test if there is sufficient reason/suspicion of a lump in your belly
