Go see ur family doc: Pain is not usually the first symptom of most cancers. Regardless, if you don't recall an inciting injury or determine how to completely alleviate pain (short of numbing it w/pain relievers), you need to get evaluated. My recommendation is to see your family doc especially if major concern is cancer so that we can do appropriate examination ; testing to uncover cause ; give appropriate treatment.
