Small hard lumps, one just under solar plexus one back of upper right arm since @ 16 im now 42. no pain associated with them.

Bumps since 16: 42 M asks I have hard lump just under solar plexus and back of upper right arm. No pain. My first guess is the solar plexus one is your xiphoid process which is part of your breast bone. The arm one most likely fat growth call a lipoma.
