What do you recommend for relief , i am seeing a chiropractor but in between appointments are hell.

Better diagnosis: Chiropractors provide a deep massage which is temporarily effective but which rapidly wears off so you need to keep going back to them again and again. You should see an orthopedic or rheumatic specialist for a real diagnosis and a pathway which might lead to better treatment or even a cure.

Diagnosis: If the chiropractic treatments are providing only temporary relief, the bigger question is what is the condition that is causing the pain to recur. It is after the diagnosis is determined that other treatment options can be better known and offered.
