GP: You lived with your mild scoliosis since your teen years without this problem, so you know it did not trigger these symptoms before. Low back pain can occur in anyone with a back, for a multitude of reasons. Lower back pain would also have nothing to do with tingling in your hand. Until you have this sorted out by a MD I would avoid manipulation that could delay proper dx and treatment.
