Hello. I am a sophomore in high school and am an athlete. Last year i played football and subluxed my right shoulder twice. Afte I've been icing and heating it. Trying to rest it.
Today i started getting sharp pain behind my left shoulder. It hurts very badly. I tried stretching, heat and pain meds.Barely any relief. Any ideas?
I keep getting sharp pains in my left shoulder, by ribs and in back when breath; chest is tender to touch, stretching helps but notice pain is more severe when I lay down or do too much moving and relief when I stretch or rest, what could it be?
I am having left neck stiffness and pain which is also radiating down to my left shoulder blade x mnth. Used heat and ice but no relief.
