My daughter has an itchy blistering rash that comes and goes on various parts of her torso. a piece of her skin has now blanched due to this. help?

Needs work up: This could represent many clinical entities, some more serious than others. Start with her pediatrician to figure this out. She may need dermatology and/or immunology consultations.
