Gastritis with slight intestinal metaplasia. no h pylori. had a bout of norovirus and mono months ago. tore me up. what are your thoughts on this?

No connection: The noro virus and mono should not be causing the gastritis. Do you drink alcohol on a regular basis? This could do it.
