Hello, is this a dislocated wrist? my wrist bone sticks out further than my other wrist bone and there is lots of pain when i put pressure on & move.

Not likely : A dislocated wrist would take a pretty substantial injury, and would cause horrific pain. You would know if you dislocated your wrist! It is not a subtle condition.
