FIRST OF ALL: the wrist DOES NOT ROTATE...it flexes/and extends TWO DIRECTIONS only..JOINTS like the wrist CRACK because they have YOUNG CARTILAGE LINING them ! THIS IS NORMAL! Stop doing what you are doing and "testing" by putting pressure on the joint! My opinion only...hope it helps!! Dr Z
