Need exam: If your pain continues see an ors for evaluation. Not sure from your history where your pain is exactly in your wrist, but it could be several different things( tfcc, scapholunate ligament injury, etc).A good physical exam would lead to a diagnosis. Best of luck.

More info: Hard to tell because it is not clear where you are hurting. A common problem, particularly in young women, is a painful condition called dequervain's tendonitis. This causes pain on the thumb side of the wrist and increases when you make a fist over your thumb and move your wrist to the little finger side. Tis will probably not get better without medical help.
