Exam needed: These varied symptoms are most likely unrelated. A physician will have to examine you. Blood in stool is abnormal and requires investigation. Causes include hemorrhoids, anal fissure, inflammation of the colon, diverticulosis of the colon or a growth in the colon. These cause red blood. The penile lump could be herpes. Exam is needed for diagnosis and treatment.
