Your question?: So, what do you wish to know? If you are inclined to terminate, definitely set up a physical exam - they'll probably do more testing too. If it's not pregnancy, they'll start to search for other reasons. If you want to have the possible baby, it's also good to have an exam and get off to a good safe start.
