IUD: Make sure your not pregnant by repeating the urine test after a few days. If the pain is persisting you probably should go into your doctor as soon as possible. The reason being tubal pregnancies which is an emergency, gives low pregnancy hormone levels in the beginning, giving false-negative urine test results in the beginning.
