I am about 24days late. i have had and still have sore breast, light cramping i and off and several negative urine test, do i need a blood test?

Neg test: If you are saying that you have done pregnancy tests at home several times and that they are negative then you can be confident that you are not pregnant at this time.

See doctor: In a situation, where there are clinical signs of a pregnancy, and the home preg tests are negative, a doctor should be seen to weigh in on the discrepancy with the means she/he deems appropriate, which could include a blood test.
