How did you do that?: It is very difficult to rip the plica fimbriata. Are you sure that is what you ripped and not the lingual frenum? Either way the only way to help it heal is to avoid too much movement, avoid contact with your teeth and rinse with warm salt water. Do not use hydrogen peroxide or anything with alcohol. If it is not better in 7 to 10 days contact your dentist.
