Normal: At four days the viral symptoms may just be peaking so continue to treat symptoms. Not sure what the bump is next to the tooth. If it persists for 3-4 weeks then see dentist assuming no symptoms. If the tooth hurts or is sensitive to biting or temperature then see dentist sooner.
