Discuss w/ Dr: For starting, that's higher than usual in one dose - but definitely and always discuss such things w/ the Dr prescribing. That is a must for all Rx's but especially for psychotropics. Call to ask and be sure to tell them ALL other things you take - daily or sometimes incl OTCs. It's very important to do this. Best!
