Amitriptyline: Technically, a "wider spectrum" antidepressant; it impacts several different transmitter systems. At this low dose, the antihistamine impact may help with sleep and help you make other transmitters that help with pain. It is not directly anti-anxious rx, and sometimes a side effect of rapid heart rate can make you feel more anxious, sometimes not - so it might help. Assess the side effects.
