Maybe: Can also be folliculitis and a host of other things. With skin conditions we really need to see, feel them in order to try and help you. Next time you have them, please see your doctor.

Hives: They sound like hives. You may be allergic to something. I would see an Allergist for this. You could also try an antihistamine like zyrtec to relieve, or benadryl (diphenhydramine).
