Hi Miya: It could be skin allergy or simple fungal rash. They can be resistant and recurring due to the moisture in the groin area. Try miconazole cream otc apply twice daily, keep the area clean and dry. And if you don't see any improvement in 3 days, it's best to see your doctor.
