ive been diagnosed with fatty liver. what can i do to reverse this and get my liver back into a healthy liver? i do not drink alcohol!!!

Reach a healthy weight. If you need to lose weight, be sure to do so slowly (no more than 1 to 2 pounds a week).Quick weight loss from crash diets, surgery, or medicine increases inflammation and scarring in your liver. Exercise regularly.
Check with your doctor, metabolic syndrome also puts you at risk and should be treated if you have it.
