Not clear info: Are you talking about the size of the infant's thyroid gland or his some laboratory' s values (and than which one exactly)? Was baby born at 30 weeks gestational age? how old is the baby now?

Diagnosed with hypothyroidism during pregnancy. Dr reduced dosage to 50mcg post delivery. Tsh was 5.6 . Dr increased dosage to 100mcg and now TSH is 0.87. Is this normal?. I am continuing 100mcg for next 6 months. I am worried if it might to hyper.
