It could be: But the reason they are treating your blood clots is of course to avoid them going to your lungs. If you are at all short of breath, or have the slightest chest pain or fever, you should see your doctor. You mention you also have bleeding, so excess or hidden (internal) blood loss could also cause this. Get checked. Good luck with this!
