2 months ago after getting an injection in my arm i have numbness at the site and pain surrounding the area as well as an occasional stabbing pain?

Pain after injection: Sounds like a nerve was damaged at the injection site. An EMG study could be done to confirm this.

Please : Rule out that no nerve injury happened it is rare but can happen. Also what was injected, oily solution or watery solution, and how deep it was deposited in the tissues or was it an intravenous injection i believe not. Have it checked out by the person who gave you the injection. Possibly see a neurologist!
