Recommend seeing: A physician. This could be a number of things. This can include nerve irritation from the neck causing the pain and numbness. Another cause could be a brachial plexus related neuropathy. This could be from injury or a mass exerting pressure on the brachial plexus. Do you have any masses in the armpit of upper out quadrant of the breast? Safest recommendation is a physical exam by doctor.
