Could my left sided neck pain be causing stabbing head pain and facial numbness? And left arm pain

Neck pain: The symptoms that you describe may be related to a disc herniation in the cervical spine. Alternatively, a soft tissue infection of the neck or a tooth abscess can mimic a herniated disc in the neck. See your medical doctor for an evaluation.
