Same: The same as any other surgical procedure. Talk to an Orthodontic Specialist (initial exam usually free) about the many choices to resolve an underbite. If surgery is necessary, speak with the Oral Surgeon recommended by the Orthodontist. They have a history of collaboration to optimally resolve Class III malocclusions such as yours.
