Tubal failure: Failure rates of tubal ligation range between about 5-10 per 1000 and are dependent upon methods used. Nothing is 100%. If you have symptoms of pregnancy do a pregnancy test. If the test is positive you need to see your Gyn as you are at high risk for an ectopic gestation.
