Not necessarily: Vaginal bleeding is not a guarantee that you are not pregnant. if you are sexually active and have pregnancy symptoms, you might be pregnant, it is best to do a test rather than assuming you are not pregnant. If negative, you might have a a hormonal issue of a simple GI bug.
