Headache nausea: Could be migraine, hormonal, lyme, subclinical herpes, or gastritis with H pylori,rarely pseudotumor cerebri ( blurred vision) If does not resolve with caffeine, NSAIDS, rantidine in 24 hours f/u with urgent care/ doctor
