Do a pregnancy test: The pill works primarily by preventing release of eggs.No egg=no chance of pregnancy. If you skip pills & the hormone level provided by the pill drops, an egg may be released= chance of pregnancy. If your symptoms are pregnancy related a urine pregnancy test should be positive. If negative it may be too soon or caused by something else.
