Mild, persistent headache / head pressure in a small specific part of my head (base of skull on right side only) for 4 or 5 days, with short periods of nausea, neck pain pain is worse at night but not severe. wondering if i should be concerned?

You may have cervicogenic headache. Just try ibuprofen OTC 200 mg x 3 with foods every 6-8 hours as needed for 2-3 days only, change your current pillow to a flatter one and do neck exercise several times a day along with local heat or cold compress. If symptom does not improve after 3 days you should see your doctor by then.
