Best to do a followup testng at 8 weeks post exposure. The 28 day tests are about 95% conclusive and so best to test again. Between now and then you need to avoid any exposure then do the retesting to be more conlcusive than 95% with a negative test. You need to also manage your lifestyle forever not to get potential exposure. Take care of yourself like it is the only body you have!

The HIV antibody test, by itself, requires 8 weeks for conclusive results. However, the combination results you have at 28 days (antibody, antigen and RNA) is conclusive; no more testing is needed. But you could have another antibody test at 8 weeks if you would like the additional reassurance. However, the RPR was too early to rule out syphilis; test again 6 weeks or more after the exposure.
