All blood exposure: is a potential exposure to infection such as hepatitis and HIV. Fortunately, the amount of blood was minimal, and I assumed dried on your lips, which would decrease infectiousness and make this unlikely. If you do not know your immune status, it is wise to get baseline HIV and Hep b test and retest in 3-6 months unless your partner has had recent testing and confirmed negative.
