"very low risk": The question being asked is "great risk" or "very low risk", with a typical girl. The CDC says that in 2010, there were ~2000 new cases of HIV in the U.S. in young women. If that happens year after year, we could end up with over 20-30,000 young women in the U.S. with HIV. There are about 35 million young women in the U.S., which means better than 999 out of 1000 young women DON'T have HIV.
